Railfans visiting the Holladay House have complimentary access to Pat's private collection of railroad and model railroad books and magazines. Most books are about the Norfolk & Western, with others covering the Southern, Virginian, old Norfolk Southern C&O, and W&OD.

The Holladay House will give you a courtesy block - no deposit, no attrition clause - and release the block to the public two months before your event.

Once blocked, your guests will email/call us to make their reservation (and mention your event, please) and get the discount.

Cancellation policy: Items above are sourced from nearby towns and require purchase prior to your arrival date; if you unfortunately must cancel your stay, the package fee will be refunded minus any expenses already incurred.
