Cancellation policy for individual rooms: 100% refund if cancelled before 3pm the day before check in; non-refundable after that time.

Cancellation policy for all-six-rooms bookings:   100% refund if cancelled one month (e.g., May 2 -> June 2) or more before check-in date. Cancellations made between one month and 15 days before check in = 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in are non-refundable.
