Rooms
​There are six guest rooms in the Holladay House.

Each room has one queen bed, a bathroom, individual temperature control, and basic streaming video service.

Rooms can be reserved individually (below), or all six rooms at once.

Beyond our coffee station, guests have the following local breakfast options:
Breakfast: L&J's Barbecue, Orange Diner, East of Maui, Inwood Restaurant
​Weekend brunch: Spoon & Spindle, Vintage Restaurant

Note: The Holladay House is also our home. We live on the street level, in a suite that was once a dentist's office. Please also note that this old home has steps and thresholds everywhere.

Room 1 The Pembroke
The Pembroke occupies the second floor southeast corner of the original ca. 1830 portion of the house, overlooking Main St.
​
Enjoying full-day sunshine, the Pembroke's dedicated full bath is located in the hallway just outside the bedroom door.

Room 2 The Blenheim Suite
The Blenheim Suite is situated in the 2F southwest corner of the original ca. 1830 portion of the house.
The Blenheim features a sitting room, an en suite bath, and views of historic St. Thomas Episcopal church and the James Madison Museum.

Room 3 The Fenton
The Fenton Room is a cozy space on the 2F northwest corner of the "new" part of the house (built between 1909-1915).
​
Perfect as a stylish base from which to explore the area, the Fenton's full bath is an amazingly efficient use of space.

Room 4 The Arundel
The Arundel Room is a spacious retreat on the 2F northeast corner of the "new" part of the house.
​
Located at the top of the main staircase, the Arundel has an en suite full bath and a large closet.

Room 5 The Edgcote
The Edgcote occupies a very private space on the walk-out lower level.
Foliage surrounds the bedroom, while the bathroom looks out on the Edgcote's own patio area.

Room 6 The Biltmore Suite
The Biltmore Suite is located near the center of the walk-out basement level, giving it much privacy.
​
The suite boasts a large sitting room, an enormous full bath and its own patio area off of the bedroom.
