Enjoy tasting a portion of the first-class tea menu served on board the Titanic while learning about Edwardian fashion!

Menu, catered by Provisions Market Table of Orange:
· Sliced black pepper and garlic roasted eye round (medium rare) with horseradish cream
· Lemon-pepper smoked salmon
· Cubed Irish cheddar with fruit and tomato chutney
· Lemon tarts, scones
· English Breakfast tea, water
(sorry, no substitutions)
The food and drinks will be laid out to partake of while listening to the speakers (~15 minutes/speaker) and watching a mini-fashion show produced by Terri Hockett. There will be 15 chairs available during the program for attendees to share.
Choose from two start times: 12 noon and 3 pm.
Please note that this is an historic house, and entry is gained by stairs: fewer stairs if parked on Main St. and entering by the front door, more stairs if parked in the Holladay House parking lot behind the house and entering by the lower back entrance.
