Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 or more days before 3pm on the check-in date are refundable, less a $25/room processing fee. 

If cancellation is made fewer than 14 days before 3pm on the check-in date, you are responsible for the entire stay, except for any part of your reservation that we are able to rebook with other guests. If we are able to rebook, your reservation will be refunded for the nights rebooked minus a $25/room processing fee.

For years we had a lenient cancellation policy, but we must now align our policy more closely with other inns our size. Unlike national-brand hotels, one room represents 17% of our nightly inventory. Also unlike larger lodging options, we get almost no walk-ins and few last-minute bookings. Finally, credit card processors charge a service fee when a booking is made, but do not refund that fee when a booking is cancelled; as far as the processor is concerned, they do work each time a transaction is made, whether it is a purchase or a refund.

If you are concerned that you may have to cancel less than 14 days before check in, you can consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip.
